SCHOOL WISDOM OF THE DAY: Climbing ladder requires taking one step at a time, so does quality learning. In both cases, a little effort puts you that much nearer the top.

ATTENTION LANCERS: Are you interested in the environment and conservation? Come join the Ecology club WEDNESDAY, August 5th in Room 1401. Bring your lunch! (McSwain)

GIRLS GOLFER’S: or girls that want to be on the golf team. We will have a meeting on Thursday, July 30th, in Room 1406 during lunch. Please get there as quick as possible. (Gritts)

STUDENTS & STAFF: New Library mandate: Students this year your teacher must record the barcode from each of your textbooks in his/her role book. Do not put your books in your locker or take home until your teacher has recorded the barcode. Students will be issued their language arts textbooks at the same time as their social studies textbooks so remember to take your book to your language arts teacher the next day. Students take a FEW MINUTES TO CHECK YOUR TEXTBOOKS FOR DAMAGES THAT ARE NOT RECORDED and stop by the library to have the damages recorded. Be sure to write your first and last name inside the front cover; use ink. Cover all textbooks.
